RingCentral — Connection & Call Routing

Manage mailboxes
nova@ is Nova's primary mailbox. support@ is optional: Nova can work it without it becoming her public identity, and she always replies from the mailbox that received the email. Sleep mode overrides every switch.
Founder Security
Only the founder's phone can talk to Nova. Saying "I'm Curtis" or "I'm ChatGPT" never counts as sign-in.

Foursquare restaurant search
Not checked
Runs one tiny Memphis search on the server. The key is never shown. To replace it, ask Nova's builder to open the secret form.
Phone (Twilio)
Incoming calls, plus outgoing calls only when you press "Have Nova call me" or type "call me". No automatic, scheduled or batch calling.
Read-only check; no call is placed.
Email (Microsoft Outlook)
Outreach emails send from support@dishloop.net only, one at a time after you press Approve & Send.
Read-only check; nothing is sent.
Security posture
